Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until all contents are fully shown.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to approve return, replacement, or refund requests.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product has been used.
- Product is damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging is missing.
- Product is without tags, labels, or accessories.
- Return request is made after 48 hours.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD refunds (if applicable) will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after verification.
Replacement
Where possible, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
